Mei Terumi: Cute and Pretty Chibi

This cute and pretty chibi of Mei Terumi, the Fifth Mizukage, is a commission done for me by the awesome !

Seeing her cute Naruto chibis, I'd asked SAVIKO to draw a chibi of a character she had not draw yet - Mei Terumi. She happily took the commission, and the result is this cute and pretty chibi of Kiri's fifth kage. Mashunya had enjoyed drawing her, and I can see that even in chibi form, Mei Terumi is one beauty of a woman.
