This incredible art is a commission for me done by the talented . I'd asked for an art based on my Ron/Yori Shinto wedding fic "A Promise Forever" [link] , and MM came up with this great art after we corresponded back-and-forth over the details, etc.

MM came up with two final versions - one with Yori wearing the tsuno-kakushi hood/hat (as seen here) and one with Yori without the tsuno-kakushi. Since they are both great, I'd chosen to take both versions. I couldn't choose between them even if I was told I had to choose one.

The fan Yori holds is a tradition in Shinto weddings. The bride opening the fan implies happiness and brings a happy future. I wanted Yori holding an opened fan to match the scene in my fic of Ron and Yori together as they take their wedding photos.

So in the end I'm very happy and satisfied with MM's work on this. When I first asked for her to do the commission, I'd thought she was one of the best KP fan artists here on dA. After seeing the final work she done for me, I still have no doubts she is *the best*.
