Several years ago, I had commissioned 
to do a NaruTen scene for me, and after I paid him, he had kept delaying doing the commish. Well, in 2013, I had told him to either do the commission or refund me. He'd decided to do the commission. However, in May 2013, he posted this art on his dA page, and despite he had yet to finish the art (Naruto's whisker marks, dragon need to be finished, etc.), he had not ever bothered to finish.
So after more than a year and half since he posted this art, I'd decided to post this on my dA page and just let things go regarding this lazy artist. I'm sure walterka will not ever finish this, given how much time had past since he posted the art on his page. I just want to post this and not ever do anything with this guy again.
As for the scene, if I recall correctly, I simply asked for the couple to be together with Tenten wearing a dragon-embroiled Chinese blouse. Yet walterka made the dragon be *real*, making me think Tenten summoned the dragon. Now that is a cool idea, having Tenten summon dragons. I can imagine Tenten summoning a huge dragon that would give Gamabunta a run for his money.
The thumbnail below is to the art on his dA page. It's the same size as this one I had posted, given the art on his page was the only art I can get from him.
Anyway, this NaruTen art would have come out great if walterka only had finish it. The dragon would have been so cool, and I like Tenten's hairstyle. I like how the characters came out and the background. Just he did not finish this, thus the art is what it is.
