This hot scene of Naruto kissing Mikoto Uchiha is a commission done for me by the talented 
, formally Holi3l! 
After seeing his art of Sasuke and Kushina together fav.me/d5hgbvf , it gave me the idea for Naruto and Mikoto. So I asked him to draw Naruto and Mikoto using the same theme, and this is what R3YDART had done. I have to say I like the idea of Naruto with a mature and much older woman, and I'm sure Mikoto don't mind being loved by a much younger guy.
BTW, given R3YDART is a Sasuke fan, he would not post this art on his page. I understand, thus why I'm posting the full art on my page here.

It's a gift for naruto because he saved sasuke and fugaku know this and sasuke also but naruto first disagreed but after a hug of mikoto that smashed naruto 's face with mikoto 's breast naruto agreed but for after knowing that kushina also slept with sasuke because sasuke became naruto 's rival and so naruto became strong
